Refund Policy

• Discounted courses are not eligible for refunds or cancellations unless:
• We cancel the course
• You provide valid medical evidence
• All discounted courses remain subject to standard rescheduling policies

If you cannot attend your scheduled date, you must notify us in advance.

• Reschedule to an available date at the same location within six months
• Contact us at least 48 hours before course start time
• Maximum of two reschedules per booking
• No attendance or reschedule within six months requires a new booking
• Failure to attend without contact requires full rebooking and payment

• Valid identification must be carried at all times
• Failure to present ID results in reschedule + £170 fee
• Late arrival must be reported immediately
• Significant lateness results in reschedule + £170 fee
• Incomplete mandatory e-learning results in reschedule + £170 fee

• Unless stated otherwise, all bookings are non-refundable
• Cancellations over 14 days before start may receive refund minus £150 admin fee
• No refund or reschedule if deposit or full payment is made and you fail to attend

Valid medical evidence (e.g. doctor’s note) is required. Approved refunds are issued minus a £150 administration fee.

• Free reschedule to another available date
• English literacy failure: refund minus £150 admin fee

• Accept revised arrangements
• Transfer to another course (price difference applies)
• Treat the course as cancelled and receive full refund

• Full payment required at least 5 working days before start
• Bookings are non-refundable in full or part
• Standard rescheduling policies apply

• Late arrival beyond cutoff time
• Absence on the course day
• Incorrect or invalid ID
• Invalid or expired EFAW certificate
• Incomplete mandatory e-learning

One reschedule only • Same course type • Purchased at booking • Non-refundable

• Assessment or eligibility failures
• Failing EFAW or English tests
• Disruptive or abusive behaviour
• Drugs or alcohol influence
• Venue rule breaches
• Personal preference or non-emergency reasons
• Leaving early without emergency
• Changing your mind after starting
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Requests made more than 12 hours after start time

• Each booking may use protection only once
• Evidence may be requested in cases of repeated or suspected misuse
